Careers
Work on something that is worth getting right.
We are a small team in Accra. The work is unglamorous in the way that good infrastructure usually is, and it matters for the same reason.
Who tends to do well here
Three things we look for.
-
You have seen the problem
You do not need a finance background. You do need a real feel for how money moves in Ghana — from a market stall, a salary, a susu collection, or a mobile money wallet.
-
You argue about details
The difference between a fair product and a predatory one is usually a handful of small decisions. We want people who will stop and argue about them.
-
You write things down
We are a written company. Decisions get recorded, reasoning gets explained, and nobody has to have been in the room to understand why something is the way it is.
Nothing listed that fits?
Write to us anyway.
We would rather hear from a good person early than fill a role we have not written down yet. Send us a note explaining what you do and what you would want to work on here.
Send it to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with “General interest” in the subject line. A short, specific message beats a long, general one. Please do not send us your Ghana Card number, your bank details or any other sensitive identification at this stage — we do not need it and would rather not hold it.
We read everything, and we reply.
